Type D
The magnetic operating limit ranging from 3 to 5 times of its rated current.

Normally used for wiring protection in lighting, socket outlet and control circuit.
The magnetic operating limit ranging from 5 to 10 times of its rated current.

Normally used for overload and short circuit protection to protect for equipment with high making current.
